Now we'll explore the tools sections on the Canva homepage:
How do you
switch teams?
1.
In the top left corner of the homepage, click the drop-down arrow
2.
Under Switch to another team, you’ll see all the teams you’re part of
3.
Then select the team you want to switch to
How do you copy designs to another team?

From Projects, look for the designs or folders that you want to copy.

In the window that appears, click Copy to another team.

Select the team where you want to copy the design. Click Copy to confirm.

You can find a copy of your designs in the selected team’s Projects.

From the homepage side panel, click Projects
2.
Click Add new in the upper right corner of the page
3.
Select Folder
4.
Give your folder a name
5.
Click Create folder to finish

The way Class used to work in Canva
Team = Class
This is the school or department that you belong to.
Class or Group
appeared as new teams
We used to create a new team for each class/group.
The way Canva works now

School = Team
You will create classes in your school team.

Your classes = Class or Group
(Group)
Navigate to the Create a class (group) option.
Name your class (group) and click Continue.

Class or Group = Starred folder
Once your class has been created your class will appear as a folder where you can now invite your colleagues.

Class or Group = Group
Your class will also appear as a group to make for easy sharing.

Click on the 'Templates' tab from the Canva homepage.
Explore the template marketplace
Locate a template that you could use tomorrow for your school
Click on the three dots and select preview.
Click on the ... and select share. Your link will copy to the clipboard. Share your link on the collaborative template.
